Platform Rules
These rules apply to all users of Stackr. Violations may result in warnings, mutes, suspensions, or permanent bans.
General Conduct
Treat all players, staff, and community members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, and personal attacks are strictly prohibited.
Each person is permitted one account only. Multi-accounting to circumvent bans or gain unfair advantages will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
Use of bots, exploits, third-party software, or any method to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. All game logic is server-authoritative — attempts to manipulate client state will be detected and punished.
Players may not collude, share card information, or coordinate strategy in ways that harm other players. Suspicious patterns are monitored by our anti-abuse system.
You must be 18 years or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction). Minors found using the Platform will have their accounts deleted immediately.
Chat Rules
No spam
Do not flood chat with repeated messages. Rate limits are enforced by role.
No NSFW content
Sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content is not permitted.
English in main chat
The global chat is English-only. Table chats may be in any language.
No advertising
Promoting other platforms, services, or personal links is not allowed.
No doxxing
Sharing personal information of other users is a permanent ban offence.
Staff instructions
Follow instructions from Moderators, Admins, and Owners. Arguing publicly with staff is not permitted.
Chat rate limits: Regular users — 1 message per 3 seconds. Moderators — 1 per 2 seconds. Admins — 1 per second. Owners — no limit.
Poker Table Rules
All poker logic — cards, hand evaluation, winner determination, ELO, rake, and SC movements — is calculated exclusively on the server. The client has no influence over game outcomes.
Players must act within their time limit. Repeated stalling or intentional disconnection to avoid losing may result in automated action (fold/check) and disciplinary review.
Table hosts may set table parameters (buy-in, blinds, visibility) and invite or remove bots. Hosts may not collude with bots or manipulate bot behaviour.
Full hand history is stored permanently for audit purposes. Any disputed outcome must be raised via the report system with the relevant hand ID.
SC Currency Rules
SC is play-money only. It has no real-world value and cannot be withdrawn for cash under the current platform configuration.
All SC movements (deposits, wagers, tips, rakeback, rewards) are recorded in an immutable ledger. Any discrepancy between displayed balance and ledger is treated as a bug — please report it immediately.
Attempting to exploit any bug, glitch, or UI inconsistency to obtain SC you are not entitled to is a bannable offence, regardless of whether the SC was actually credited.
Tip abuse, rain farming, and referral abuse are actively monitored and will result in account suspension and balance reversal.
Enforcement & Appeals
Staff have discretion to warn, mute, suspend, or permanently ban any account found in violation of these rules. Severe violations (cheating, collusion, doxxing) may result in an immediate permanent ban without warning.
Appeal requests should be submitted via the support/report system. Include your username, the reason given for the action, and any evidence you wish to provide. Appeals are reviewed within 72 hours.
All moderation actions are logged and visible in the Owner dashboard. This ensures accountability at every level of the moderation hierarchy.
