By accessing or using Stackr (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use Stackr.
1. Description of Service
Stackr is an online poker platform that operates on a play-money basis using a virtual currency called SC (Stackr Coins). SC is not real money, has no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes unless expressly stated in writing by Stackr following a legally compliant integration change.
Deposits made on the Platform are for the purpose of acquiring SC. Withdrawals of SC or real-currency equivalents are not currently available.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority and legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use Stackr.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that your use of Stackr does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using automated tools to access the Platform is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
4. SC Currency & Deposits
SC is a play-money virtual currency. The current exchange rate is $1 USD = 2,500 SC. This rate may change with prior notice.
Deposits are final. We do not offer refunds on SC purchases except where required by applicable law. All deposits are processed via simulated/mock crypto mechanisms during the current platform phase.
Withdrawals of SC or real-currency equivalents are currently unavailable. If withdrawal functionality is introduced, it will be subject to identity verification, legal compliance, and updated terms.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
- Collude with other players or engage in any form of match-fixing
- Use offensive, hateful, or harassing language in chat or usernames
- Attempt to launder money or abuse the deposit system
- Circumvent bans, exclusions, or access controls
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform
- Create accounts on behalf of others or allow others to use your account
6. Responsible Gaming
Stackr is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools including self-exclusion, deposit limits, and reality-check timers. See our Responsible Gaming page for details and available resources.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stackr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of SC or virtual items.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time through account settings.
